Terms of service

Krystal Trace is operated by Krystal Unity Pty Ltd. These product terms supplement the Krystal Unity master Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference. The Krystal Unity master Privacy Policy contains the umbrella privacy framework and full sub-processors list.

Krystal Trace provides claimant-side blockchain trace evidence workflows, including TXID-based transaction tracing, matter metadata intake, confidence-graded labels, report drafts, graph exports, and evidence packs for review by solicitors, forensic experts, regulators, or investigators.

• You must provide accurate account, billing, and matter information.
• You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.
• You must have authority and a lawful basis to upload claimant records, wallet addresses, transaction hashes, evidence notes, correspondence, and matter metadata.

Paid reports, subscriptions, and matter workspaces are billed as described on the pricing page or in an order form. Stripe acts as payment processor for card payments. Krystal Trace does not store full card numbers.

You may use Krystal Trace only for lawful evidence preparation, matter review, claimant intake, and related professional workflows. You must not use the service to harass, impersonate, dox, threaten, extort, contact alleged perpetrators, bypass legal process, gain access to exchange accounts, or obtain private keys, seed phrases, wallet credentials, passwords, 2FA codes, or remote access to another person's device.

Reports, graphs, labels, confidence grades, and exports are generated from user-provided material, public blockchain data, third-party infrastructure, and model-assisted analysis. Analysis may use OpenAI and Anthropic under the Krystal Unity sub-processor framework. Polygon on-chain data is public by design.

Krystal Trace does not provide legal advice, financial advice, regulated investigation services, asset freezing, exchange contact, or fund recovery. Outputs are preliminary trace materials and must be reviewed by an appropriately qualified professional before being relied on in formal proceedings.

Outputs may be incomplete, stale, wrong, or affected by exchange batching, mixers, chain splits, heuristics, missing labels, or user error. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krystal Trace is provided on an as-is basis and liability is limited under the master terms.
